A Bumblebee Ambassador is a trusted guide who helps new users get started inside Bumblebee Books.
You are not expected to manage books or provide accounting services. Instead, you help users understand the platform, walk them through onboarding, and make sure they are set up correctly from day one.
This creates a better experience for the client and allows our team to focus on delivering the financial infrastructure behind the scenes.
How the Program Works
Step 01 — Share Your Link
Each Ambassador receives a unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link, they are connected to you inside the system.
Step 02 — Guide the Setup
You help your client get started by walking them through account setup, business details, and their first steps inside Bumblebee Books.
Step 03 — Stay as Their Point of Contact
You remain their go-to guide. If they have questions or need help, you can step in and assist or escalate directly to our team.
Step 04 — We Handle the Backend
Bumblebee manages the accounting structure, reporting, and system integrity. You never need to manage books or touch financial data.
Step 05 — Track Your Activity and Earnings
Inside your Ambassador Dashboard, you can view your referred clients, monitor onboarding progress, and track your activity and earnings as your clients stay active.
Your Role as an Ambassador

What You're Not Responsible For

Your Ambassador Dashboard
Once approved, you will receive access to your Ambassador Dashboard inside Bumblebee Books.
From there, you can:
- View your referred clients
- Track onboarding progress
- Monitor active and pending users
- Access your referral link
- Submit support requests directly to our team
